Software designed for the work you do
We build CRM systems for your organisation and offer the Vimstead Kit codebase for launching a paid AI service. Choose according to whether you need an internal tool for your team or a product to sell to customers.
Two ways to build
Custom CRM
A CRM that follows your way of working
Connect customer records, proposals, documents and tasks around your workflow. Your team can see what was agreed, who is responsible and what happens next, with less repeated data entry across tools.
We agree the implementation, source-code rights and support with you before the work starts.
Vimstead Kit
An existing codebase for your AI service
Founders and developers can start from connected accounts, payments and text workflows, then spend their development effort on the service customers will use.
The source code is supplied under a license, with adaptation quoted separately and hosting and provider charges treated as operating costs.
Choose the starting point that fits your project
Custom CRM gives your organisation a system built around its work, while Kit provides the code for an AI text service you want to sell.
| What matters | Custom CRM | Vimstead Kit |
|---|---|---|
| Best fit | Organisations that need software to follow their own processes and rules. | Founders and developers launching a paid AI text service. |
| Starting point | We study your process and build the part that will make a useful difference first. | You start from connected accounts, one-time payments, AI text workflows and dashboards. |
| Delivery | A system adapted to your workflow, team training and agreed usage and support terms. | You receive licensed source code, with adaptation and continuing support agreed separately. |

VIMSTEAD FORMA · PROTOTYPE 0.1.0
Vimstead Forma connects the production plan to the work it describes
The Forma 0.1.0 prototype lets a team plan an order’s operations, review duration estimates and approve a schedule. Progress and actual time are recorded against the same order, helping the planner compare the plan with completed work. A demonstration shows the current capabilities.
A planned phone interface would bring that record to the workplace. An employee could describe completed work, materials used and any problems by voice. Forma would prepare the update for their review and confirmation, keeping the information attached to the right order.
